In the West Midlands, a youth group aged 14–17 is leading the charge—exploring how local decision-making can become more inclusive, accessible, and creative. Through theatre, storytelling, and policy-making, they’re showing what it looks like when young people set the agenda.

Now the process is opening up to wider participation—inviting others to reflect, respond, and act on these proposals.
