Este ciclo de seminĂĄrios Ă© promovido pela equipa do projeto INSPIRE, financiado pela ComissĂŁo Europeia (2024-2027), no Ăąmbito do qual o ICS Ă© parceiro, sob a coordenação de Roberto Falanga. Uma das principais atividades da equipa do ICS Ă© o desenvolvimento de uma investigação participativa com pessoas com deficiĂȘncia na cidade de Lisboa, atravĂ©s da experimentação de novas abordagens artĂsticas. Com o propĂłsito de sensibilizar a sociedade e os decisores polĂticos para os problemas vivenciados no contexto urbano, a equipa estĂĄ a acompanhar o processo de co-criação de uma performance de Teatro Legislativo, que terĂĄ lugar em novembro, com a participação de artistas com deficiĂȘncia.
Este ciclo de seminĂĄrios tem como objetivo apresentar o nosso trabalho em curso e abrir a discussĂŁo sobre os trĂȘs pilares fundamentais da nossa investigação com a comunidade acadĂ©mica.

Art, City, Inclusion and Participation
This seminar series is promoted by the INSPIRE project team, funded by the European Commission (2024-2027), in which the ICS is a partner, under the coordination of Roberto Falanga. One of the ICS team's main activities is the development of participatory research with people with disabilities in the city of Lisbon, by experimenting with new artistic approaches. With the aim of raising awareness among society and political decision-makers of the problems experienced in the urban context, the team is accompanying the co-creation process of a Legislative Theatre performance, which will take place in November, with the participation of disabled artists.
This series of seminars aims to present our ongoing work and open up discussion about the three fundamental pillars of our research with the academic community.
