The list of proposals resulting from the performance was translated into actionable pathways, informed by existing legal frameworks and ongoing political opportunities, such as the revision of DL 163/2006 and the new National Strategy for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities (2026–2030). The proposals are structured around four policy areas: mobility and acessibility; education and labour; housing; independent living and personal assistance.
The proposals are organised according to different implementation horizons: short-term actions focus primarily on strengthening the enforcement of existing instruments, while mid-term proposals aim to address structural gaps in accessibility, resource allocation, and independent living policies. Their implementation involves both institutional and civil society actors, requiring differentiated modes of operationalisation, ranging from direct institutional collaboration to civic pressure and legislative initiatives.
