Changes at "Understanding Intersectionality"

In this discussion thread we would like to invite partners and participants to share how they understand or their perspectives on intersectionality. We invite everything from references, personal positions, formative experiences, or how you see it as it pertains to our work.  This space is designed to foster understanding of our different viewpoints and approaches.
