This short pre-survey is shared as a reusable resource for organisers who want to understand participants’ needs before a session and plan safer, more inclusive participation.

It can help teams prepare onboarding, accessibility or language support, privacy safeguards, and multiple ways to contribute, such as a digital platform alongside an alternative channel.

This is not an active data collection activity in this context. Any team using it should collect only what is needed, respect “Prefer not to say,” store responses securely, explain how answers will be used, and delete data when it is no longer needed.
