09/04/2026The proposal has been identified by the PAP Division as an issue requiring resolution, albeit with certain legal caveats. The Division will raise the matter with the Lisbon City Council’s Urban Planning Department. The proposal will also be relevant to the update of Lisbon’s Pedestrian Accessibility Plan.
