You may propose what should be documented, how it should be collected, who should be involved in interpreting it, and how the learning should be shared back with participants.
What can participants propose?
Participants can submit proposals related to:
What should be observed or documented during the deliberation
What feedback should be collected from participants
What barriers to participation should be identified
What helped people feel able to contribute
How online and offline participation methods worked
How accessible the process was
Whether the information provided was clear and useful
Whether facilitation, moderation, and communication supported fair participation.
Whether participants saw their contributions reflected in outcomes
How trust was built or weakened during the process
How learning from the process should inform future deliberations
Now, the Instructions:
On the left column of the platform, you’ll see a section called “New proposal”.
Once you click on it, a template will appear. Below you’ll find its fields. Follow the guidance we’ve provided and use the resources above to help you complete your proposal. When you’re done, save it. Once saved, your proposal will be published on the platform so other course participants can comment on it.
