Registar Registar (You’re Fried! The Realities of Youth Employment )

This event and platform are part of the INSPIRE project and have been designed to include the voices of young people, including minors. We want everyone to feel safe, heard, and respected.

By registering to participate, you agree to the following terms:

👤 For Participants Under 18

• If you are under 18, you must have verbal or written consent from a parent, guardian, or a responsible adult (such as a teacher, youth worker, or facilitator) to participate in the event or platform activities.

• You can take part in all activities where your voice matters. But you are never required to speak or act if you don’t feel comfortable.

• Your name or personal details will not be shared publicly without your clear permission. If quotes or photos are used for communication or reporting, we’ll always ask you first.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Adult Participants’ Responsibility

• If you are an adult attending, you agree to support an environment that centers young people’s safety, dignity, and freedom to express themselves.

• No filming, photographing, or recording of minors is allowed without explicit consent from the youth participants and their guardians (if under 18).

🧭 Respectful Code of Conduct

This space is meant to be creative, inclusive, and safe. Whether you're attending the theatre event, contributing online, or joining a discussion, you agree to:

✅ Respect others:

• Listen without interrupting

• Respect different backgrounds, opinions, and experiences

• Ask questions with curiosity, not judgment

🚫 No discrimination or harm:

• Any form of hate speech, bullying, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or classism will not be tolerated

• Avoid making assumptions about people based on appearance, accent, gender, religion, or background

🎤 Speak for yourself:

• Use “I” statements and avoid generalising others’ experiences

• You don’t have to share anything personal you’re not comfortable with

🤝 Create space, take space:

• If you usually talk a lot—try to make space for others

• If you’re quieter—know your voice is welcome and needed

🧹 Keep it constructive:

• This is a space for ideas, disagreement is fine—but disrespect is not

• We’re here to build things together, not tear each other down
