Asha Rage - Founder, Director and Welfare Officer of Dream Chasers Youth Club in Small Heath, Birmingham. She established Dream Chasers FC in 2016, which now trains over 160 young people weekly and particularly encourages Muslim girls' participation in football. • organise a series of workshop with young people (including Inspire young people) to get a clear understanding of what they expect/ need from work experience and what a good employer looks like to them. Findings will feed into the work led by BCC with SBFT partnership and Pete Weir's work connecting schools and businesses. This will support proposal 1 on Early and Inclusive Work Experience Reform and 2 on Cross-sectoral alliance to incentivise and enforce work experience.
